Description

Water generator for autoclaves and dental chairs

The water generator for autoclaves and dental chairs uses osmosis technology to purify tap water so that it can be used for patients. This equipment allows automatic control with functions such as automatic fault diagnosis or checking the quality of the purified water.

The water generator incorporates three filtering stations to ensure the quality of the purified water.

Station 1: cotton filter with a pore size of 5µm, capable of filtering large particles of solid impurities such as rust, sediments, gelatinous materials and microbial particles, etc. from tap water.

Station 2: activated carbon filter with high adsorption capacity, capable of filtering chemicals such as chlorine residues, chloroform, etc. and neutralizing the taste and color of tap water.

Station 3: reverse osmosis membrane with a pore size of 0.0001 µm, capable of filtering out bacteria, viruses and mineral ions, etc. from tap water.

The water generator for autoclave and dental equipment ensures water quality within the ISO 7494-2 standard and preserves dental equipment, instruments and obtains water for use in autoclaves and dental chairs. This allows the dental professional not to have to store distilled water.

An autoclave and dental chair water generator is used to provide demineralized or distilled water for use in sterilization procedures and in the operation of dental equipment such as dental chairs. Demineralized or distilled water is crucial in these environments because it is free of impurities that could clog or damage equipment and ensures effective sterilization. Here are some details about its importance:

  1. Reliable sterilization: Purified water ensures that sterilization equipment such as autoclaves function properly.
  2. Prolonged equipment life: Using the autoclave water generator reduces the chances of mineral buildup that can damage or reduce equipment efficiency over time.
  3. Water quality: Demineralized or distilled water ensures the quality of water used in dental procedures. In some cases, tap water may contain impurities that would be unsafe for use in dental treatment.
  4. Risk reduction: By using demineralized or distilled water, risks of cross-contamination are minimized and a safer and more sterile working environment is ensured.
